After the attack, the team performs a recovery jog back to the start station, triggering the next group. Regular recovery periods are included after a few rounds to ensure optimal performance. This dynamic practice develops both speed and attacking precision, keeping players engaged and ready for the season.

This pre-season practice develops sprint speed and 2 v 2 game skills, designed to sharpen both physical and tactical abilities. Players are divided into two pairs: attackers and defenders. On the coach's call, both pairs sprint forwardβ€”the attackers racing towards the ball and the defenders chasing them down.

As soon as they enter the game zone, a 2 v 2 attack is triggered. The attackers must make at least one pass before finishing, while defenders can counter-attack and score past the goalkeeper if they win possession.

After the attack ends, all players sprint to the corner cones and return to the starting position. Roles are swapped in the next round, ensuring a dynamic and challenging session that sharpens speed, teamwork, and game tactics.

On the coach's call, a 7 v 7 game is triggered with a ball fed randomly to one team. After two balls have been used (resetting after a goal or when the ball exits play), players get a recovery period before starting their next run.
