πΒ Pre-Season 100: SAQ Circuit and Crossing to Finish π
This pre-season practice, set in a full half-pitch, focuses on developing agility, speed, and attacking runs to finish. The practice consists of four simultaneous areas:
Area 1: Players work through agility ladders.
Area 2: Players hop over hurdles to receive a pass.
Area 3: Players sprint to touch cones.
Area 4: Players jump over hurdles.
After completing these areas, players engage in a coordinated passing sequence leading to a though ball out wide and three players making runs into the box to attack the cross and finish. This engaging and high-intensity practice develops essential skills and prepares players for the upcoming season, ensuring they are sharp, fast, and ready to attack.
