Hi Leon -

Quick clarification question.

I purchased the 15-17 42 week season plan.

Could you explain exactly how the season plan is organized?? I obviously see the Mesocycles, but I am unclear what the numbers coincide with (week in the phase??) or if each exercise is just 1 day or something to be done all week???

I love the content, just not clear on the structure...and YES, I readily admit this is a me problem! LOL.

BIG question...

Does anyone else experience the inability play a video after the app has been open for some time?

Example...

Open the app, tap your calendar, verify your activities for today's session, leave app open, head to the field, open your screen, tap video - nothing (won't play until the app is "Force Closed" & reopened) - move on to the next video, nothing (again the need for force closing the app)

Android 16 on a OnePlus 13

I'd like to get this app for all my coaches in the club (17) but can't be answering questions all the time about the videos not responding.

Thanks for any help.
