This Pre-Season practice focuses on developing both the physical and technical aspects of the game by working through various different zones. Zone 1 contains a SAQ circuit, Zone 2 requires players to dribble around cones, Zone 3 also develops SAQ but adds a one touch finish at the end of it, and finally, Zone 4 works players endurance with shuttle sprints. Work at a high intensity throughout, champions are made when nobody is watching! 💪
