How to Deliver Guidelines!

Hi Coaches... we are looking to start rolling out some supportive videos and documents for each practice to help you with delivery. (See resources section here: https://app.touchtight.com/programs/pre-season-111-possession-transfer-and-agility-game)

New PDF Documents will re-iterate key points in the videos and session plans, with images attached in a larger document. 

Supportive video will go into the additional detail that you may not get from the videos, such as 'How to adapt with more players', 'coach positioning', 'when to step in', 'work to rest ratios' and much more. 

It would be great to hear if you think this document and video support could come in useful for your sessions.

🔥 Pre-Season 56: Carousel Training Circuit

This Pre-Season practice focuses on developing both the physical and technical aspects of the game by working through various different zones. Zone 1 contains a SAQ circuit, Zone 2 requires players to dribble around cones, Zone 3 also develops SAQ but adds a one touch finish at the end of it, and finally, Zone 4 works players endurance with shuttle sprints. Work at a high intensity throughout, champions are made when nobody is watching! 💪

🎉 Pre-Season 71: Dribbling, Agility and Finishing Circuit

Here we have a Pre-Season practice that makes use of a circuit to improve players' dribbling, agility and finishing. Players will take turns moving through the various stations of this circuit, testing a different aspect or movement each time. Encourage players to work at a high intensity to ensure they will improve their overall fitness and speed! 🙌
