๐ŸŽ‰ย 1st Touch, Passing and Fitness | 84-P1

Developing strong technical foundations are key to improving our players overall game. This practice focuses on this, specifically looking at players 1st touch and passing & volleying accuracy.ย We setup by splitting players into groups of three, with one player from each group starting in the centre as the working player.ย Working at a high intensity in the central area and receiving with an open body shape to turn out quickly are key to excelling in this practice. ๐Ÿ’ชโšฝ๏ธ
