Hi there a couple of months ago now I changed to an annual subscription but it still has me as monthly so I don't have access to all the content, I emailed the screenshot of payment and subscriptions etc and this still hasn't been resolved.

I tried to upgrade to the annual subscription to access curriculums but it wouldn't let me as I'm a monthly subscriber, however, my account was still charged.
