My 2.0 subscription is up in 3 days. I'm interested in upgrading or moving to the 3.0 package. Will I lose access to the 2.0 app on my phone? The website 3.0 platform says it does not recognize my email credentials. Do I need to make a brand new account? Any guidance or help on how to transition to an annual member would be greatly appreciated. Regards
