⚽️ Pre-Season 96: Speed Endurance & Games

This pre-season practice is designed to boost your team's speed endurance and small-sided gameplay. Players are divided into two teams, each starting in opposite corners of the field.

The session begins with endurance runs, following specific speed intervals: 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% along designated sides of the area. On the coach's call, a 7 v 7 game is triggered with a ball fed randomly to one team. After two balls have been used (resetting after a goal or when the ball exits play), players get a recovery period before starting their next run.

This engaging and dynamic practice not only enhances endurance but also sharpens tactical awareness and teamwork! 🙌⚽️

🔥 Pre-Season 95: Endurance Runs and Small Sided Games

This pre-season practice is designed to elevate speed endurance and sharpen 3 v 3 gameplay. Players are divided into two teams, each starting in opposite corners of the field and further split into groups of three. On the coach's whistle, two teams of three begin their endurance runs: sprinting at 85% speed along the widths and at 50% speed across. After completing their runs, they enter the game zone for an intense 3 v 3 match. Once a goal is scored or the ball exits play, the players leave the area to recover, triggering the next two groups to start their endurance runs. This dynamic session keeps players engaged and pushes their limits in both fitness and tactical play! 💪⚽️

⚽️ Pre-Season 93: Agility, Passing and Finishing Circuit

This pre-season practice is designed to develop your players' agility, passing, and dribbling to finish.

Players will navigate through the circuit, moving through agility ladders and hurdles to enhance quick footwork and speed. They will then engage in precise passing and receiving drills to sharpen their ball control and accuracy. The circuit culminates with the striker executing a show-and-go move, dribbling around a pole, and finishing with a shot past the goalkeeper.

This dynamic session ensures players stay energised, focused, and ready for the challenges of the new season.🔥⚽️

🔥 The Mazy Run Game | 93-P6

Get ready for an exciting and dynamic small-sided game designed to boost your team's possession, ball control, and crossing to finish skills! To start, we have a 5 v 3 possession game where the attacking team aims to make a set number of passes before dribbling through one of the cone circuits. Once a player begins their dribble, two attackers make runs into the box to receive the delivery from the wide player and finish. If the defenders win possession, they combine and play through to a teammate in the attacking zone for a 1 v 1 finish against the GK. We can increase the challenge for the attackers by introducing recovering defenders to the game. This engaging setup ensures players develop essential skills while keeping the intensity and excitement high! 💪⚽️

🔥 Switch Play Possession Game | 83-P5

This dynamic practice is set in an hourglass-shaped area, and focuses on enhancing possession and switching play skills. The goal is for the possession team to complete five passes and connect with the floater before swiftly switching play to teammates in the opposite area. Meanwhile, three defending players aim to disrupt the possession team's efforts by intercepting passes. Should the possession team successfully make five passes in the second area, they have the opportunity to score in either mini goal. Conversely, if the defenders regain possession, they can also attempt to score in any mini goal. 🙌⚽️
