Hi Yuriy Kolosovskiy , as you can imagine most of our coaches deliver one practice per week. The plan has 42 weeks, with one session per week and 3 practices in each session which I think is over 130 pages. We hope this gives enough information for you to be able to plan out your season.

Hi Gavrililidis, the sessions generally have an activation, warm up, technical passing practice as the first element of each 3 part session. There are also fun games and social competitions to begin some of these sessions as well.
