Eric Engleby yes spot on. A lot of our session plans have for example 10 or 11 players, which can be doubled up.. so 2 x SSGs, or 2 Skill Games, before moving into an 11 v 11 specific game. I think this is the way we are looking. 

Great Michael, we will be working off 22 players with open age groups, but there will be plenty to work from.

Thanks Dylan Telemaque quite high numbers but should be fine. May have to just look up an age group with season plans for exact numbers.
