Next week is a tough week for my team. We play 3 games in 7 days: tomorrow, Wednesday and Saturday. I want to keep the training sessions high quality, but I am worried the players will be burnt out for the games. Any advice on how to proceed and what sessions I should focus on would be greatly appreciated. We are a senior women's team and we train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

LOW BLOCK
We are coming against 4 3 3 teams that are great at pressing and playing the ball. We want to set up as a low block. What are the main principles and are there any sessions geared towards them on TT?
