I have a question about the full season plans. My question is as follows as I’m looking at the season plans. They are divided in to blocks, week 1, 2 and 3 with practice 1,2 and 3. What’s the duration of each practice? Also I have practice with my boys 3 days a week for 90 mins. How do these plans fit into 90 min sessions.

I posted a few days ago and have not received a response. My question about the season plans is after reviewing them. It doesn’t seem like the plans allow for three sessions a week for 90 minute practices. How do these session plans fit into that style or that schedule thanks.
