This was a good warm up session I did with my girls. I started them off with 3 teams of 4 and they grasped it rather well. Wondering if there’s anyway to expand on this to a bigger field?

Leon Jackson I made it slightly bigger because I had more numbers in 11v11, I added two CBs but the progressions were excellent as well, defending the sides allowed them to start thinking of where to press and where to block the pass out, I also added in a condition to where the offense could not send a switch via ling ball it had to pass through each zone that allowed them to work on their possession.

Overall it was much needed and I will be using it as key match tactics for the weekend.

This session killed my midfield and exactly what they needed. It also allowed me to focus solely on their movement, cover and interconnectivity. Thank you for this.
