Hi Salim ATTYร‰ย , apologies only catching your message now. Just to clarify, do you mean you have 10 players training? If you have 4 days to train per week, then I would suggest using 4 different sessions based on your teams needs (3 practices per day) and then recycle these each week.ย 

If your players are struggling to play through to the False 9, remove a defensive player in the 1st zone to help them to get success early on in the session. You can later add back the defender to increase the challenge. Always adapt your session based on your players needs ๐Ÿ’ช

If you have 10+ players, you can create two setups to ensure players are not waiting around for too long. If you do not have a 2nd goalkeeper, you can add cone targets in the goals to ensure accuracy is rewarded. ๐Ÿ’ช

Reward creativity and courage. Players wonโ€™t always beat their opponent - thatโ€™s okay. Highlight positive body shape, quick changes of direction, and the confidence to try again after losing the ball. ๐Ÿค

If you have 12 players, you can add an extra player to each team. If you have 16+ players you can create more lanes for the extra teams to join in. Always adapt the base session to your teams needs. ๐Ÿค
