Today’s release is all about helping players stay composed under pressure and attack with intent. We’ve released three new practices and a complete session that progress from technical quality, into evading defenders, and finishing with realistic 1v1 pressure. Each practice works on its own, or links seamlessly into the full session below. ⬇️

Who's team has problems with transitions? I know it has been a pain for me in the past...this practice helps instil speed of transition and keeps players concentrated throughout. 💪

Do you have 10 players available? You can always duplicate the setup and have the two running simultaneously 🙌
