🔥 Pre-Season 56: Carousel Training Circuit

This Pre-Season practice focuses on developing both the physical and technical aspects of the game by working through various different zones. Zone 1 contains a SAQ circuit, Zone 2 requires players to dribble around cones, Zone 3 also develops SAQ but adds a one touch finish at the end of it, and finally, Zone 4 works players endurance with shuttle sprints. Work at a high intensity throughout, champions are made when nobody is watching! 💪

Here we have a Pre-Season practice that makes use of a circuit to improve players' dribbling, agility and finishing. Players will take turns moving through the various stations of this circuit, testing a different aspect or movement each time.
