Hi, I am new here. What is the difference between for example phase 1 and phase 5. I sometimes see this in exercises?
This attack v defence practice focuses on developing quick attacking combinations and ability to create space to finish chances around the box. 4 Defenders are confined to three zones, while the attackers are allowed to float throughout the whole area creating spaces for them to exploit.
