Looking for a simple way to activate your players' passing and finishing before your main session? Look no further than this warmup practice! Designed to improve skills from warm-up exercise technique to passing and finishing.

On one side of the field, we have our Back 4 and a goalkeeper, while on the other side, we have two attacking teams ready to go. The action begins when the ball is fed to the goalkeeper, sparking the start of our build-up play.
The defensive unit has the freedom to showcase their passing skills, using clever patterns to navigate towards the mini goals.

🎉⚽️ Here we have a practice dedicated to developing the Back 4 Unit's defensive skills against 4 v 4 attacks and swift transitions after regaining possession. The objective is for the defenders to stay compact, preventing attackers from penetrating.

This pre-season practice focuses on short, sharp sprints and turns transitioning into an attack v defence. A great practice for speed endurance and general game play when fatigued.

It's time to get our players passing and moving using this simple technical practice. The objective is for players to pass to teammates and then run to the free cone in the area. We have added a simple progression to increase the number of passes in this practice. Players must focus on their passing weight and accuracy and must use quick scans to check where the free cone is at all times. 🙌⚽️
