Hi all, we're building out our Season Plans 🎉 and want to get these as accurate as possible for you for each age group. Please comment below..

  1. Age group you coach and...

  2. How many players in each session normally.

e.g. U12s, 14 Players.. will be just fine!

Thanks for your help as always!

👌 If your group play 7 a side and set up in a 2-3-1 or something similar this Small Sided Game will help massively in your Phase 1: Build Up. https://app.touchtight.com/programs/the-advancing-cb-ssg-91-p6?category_id=20007

Next week is a tough week for my team. We play 3 games in 7 days: tomorrow, Wednesday and Saturday. I want to keep the training sessions high quality, but I am worried the players will be burnt out for the games. Any advice on how to proceed and what sessions I should focus on would be greatly appreciated. We are a senior women's team and we train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Next, we have a lead practice that focuses on developing switching the point of the attack and deliveries into the box for finishing. To end off, we have and 11 v 11 game developing possession from back to front in unopposed and opposed situations to enhance player understanding.💪⚽️
