Looking for any tips or the best videos to watch to introduce a team moving in to 9v9 football.
Hi all just looking at what is available for the 352 formation. Doesn't seem to be to many drills etc under the 352 formation section
Next week is a tough week for my team. We play 3 games in 7 days: tomorrow, Wednesday and Saturday. I want to keep the training sessions high quality, but I am worried the players will be burnt out for the games. Any advice on how to proceed and what sessions I should focus on would be greatly appreciated. We are a senior women's team and we train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
We have a very promising centre mid.
She's strong, she reads the game well, but her passes are often over hit.
She's seeing the passes and the idea behind them is good, but she often over cooks them.
It's Ike she's trying too hard.
How can I help her to place the right weight on her passes?
Hi all, I'm struggling a bit to find the right examples. I need to make a training creating space for a fellow player and utilizing it. Any tips?
