Three teams rotate through the activities: one team works through a physical circuit on the outside, while the other two teams compete in a 3 v 2 overload game in the central area. The attacking team looks to pass through the defence to reach the next zone, creating overloads and finishing opportunities. If the defenders win possession, they counter-attack towards the opposite mini goal.
