Session 984: Defending Centrally focuses on developing defensive awareness, compactness, and teamwork to protect the most dangerous areas of the pitch. Players learn how to press in pairs, screen passing lanes, and guide play away from central danger.

Suitable for U12–U14+ (minimum 14 players), with each practice working individually or as part of the full session.
