🎉 Increase the Pressure Game | 92-P5

This practice develops possession skills through progressive overload scenarios. Starting with an 8 v 1 setup, the possession team must maintain control while the pressing team gradually increases their numbers, escalating the challenge from 8 v 1 up to 8 v 8. If the pressing team wins possession, they aim to combine and play out to a coach or teammate on the outside. After a set period, teams switch roles, ensuring both experience attacking and defending under pressure. This drill builds composure, quick decision-making, and teamwork. 🔥
