We focus primarily on our team's strengths and to make sure we play our game. We pretty much identify areas where opposition are strong once the game starts, or if we have some insight from past fixtures, will know where we need to focus on defensively. 

Are you an Annual member vito or have you purchased this separately as a Session Plan Bundle?

Christian Austria if defenders win it they can play directly into their own attackers to trigger the attack in the opposite direction against opposing defenders who enter. 

Has to be based around the opposition.. but definitely around the tactical side of the game so I'd go A and D!
