Perfect if you play a 343, or 321 in 7 v 7, or 341 at 9 v 9. This is one of the most difficult skills to break through midfield in this set up so hopefully this will help your teams break through in Phase 2.

Neil hope getting them to try and play forward when possible with some reward, with risk of failure is a fantastic way to get players to take risks. The improvement you can see during the season is fantastic.
