Fantastic if you are playing the 343 or 352. Also if you play a back 3 and midfield 2 in a 9 v 9. E.g. 341 or 323. Anybody play this formation and or tested this? Would be great to hear how teams get on with this one.

Neil hope getting them to try and play forward when possible with some reward, with risk of failure is a fantastic way to get players to take risks. The improvement you can see during the season is fantastic.
