Love that Zak!

We’re looking at creating more position specific content for players to help them in game situations. But yes quiz PDFs etc would be useful.

We have actually started creating both a coach and player version of videos with cues for both. This is to challenge thought processes for bith player and coach. This will allow player and coach to pause the video and attempt to answer questions before moving forward.

This will be ongoing for more complex video content for sure.

Hi Gordon, is it our session plans you want to download or our session planner tool you would like to create your own?

Welcome to the group Mansendi! πŸ’ͺ⚽️

Hi Dale, yes for sure. We’re just focusing on expanding our pre season content this week and next, but will look to get some patterns in for this formation in asap as well. Anything specific? Building out from the back, midfield third, final third?

Hey Declan, I think everyone has their own preference but for me I would focus on Cardio with and without the ball in the first few weeks, mixing short (anaerobic) and long (aerobic) work. Small number possession games (2 v 2/3 v 3s) can work wonders for short sharp work and you can always adjust timings depending on what you want to get out of them (speed endurance also key). I would maybe leave shape work until at least week 2, possibly week 3 and then have a real focus on shape with and without the ball once you have a fitness base with your players. Hope that helps. πŸ‘
