Hi James, have you watched each of the Demos with the examples of how you can begin to create your Game Model? Demo video number 5 also provides access to the templates that we have used to get you up and running with setting up your own. We will soon be updating these as well, as we look to build our own Game Model that you and other members can use as a reference point.. almost like a step by step guide I suppose. 

Hi Ian, is this still happening and when did this start for you?Also, are you using the mobile app, or the website on the iPad? If you could drop me a bit more information I can get this sent directly to them to resolve.That being said, we have just had a big update with the introduction of the App Calendar so you can schedule content. I will check to make sure this update has not caused any issues.
