Who's team has problems with transitions? I know it has been a pain for me in the past...this practice helps instil speed of transition and keeps players concentrated throughout. 💪 

How would you adapt this practice? Every practice we create is just a base to work off, use and adapt each practice as you need 💪

Do you have 10 players available? You can always duplicate the setup and have the two running simultaneously 🙌  

Hi Scott, we have a variety of specific warm ups that you could make use of to help get your team fully prepped for the match. You can use any combination of these warm ups depending on your teams skill level, but the key is to build up intensity throughout your warm up with lot's of touches of the ball so your players are fully physically and technically ready to begin the game - without overworking them.

Hi Sean, these are small rondo boxes so you can run multiple of these at a time. If you want you could also increase player numbers (5 v 3) in each one if you have more players. Adapt these to your squads needs. 👌
