🔥 Pre-Season 90: Speed Endurance and 3 V 3 Game

This pre-season practice is all about building speed endurance and developing attack versus defence skills when fatigued.

We start with two players sprinting across to the opposite corner, then touching each diagonal cone. Once they reach the last cone, they tag in their teammates, who enter the field for a 3 v 3 game.

The first team tagged in starts with the ball, attacking the goal, while the other team aims for the two mini goals. After three attacks, both teams exit, and the next pair from the opposite corner begins their sprints.

This drill not only boosts endurance but also sharpens strategic play under pressure. Get ready for a high-energy pre-season practice! 🔥⚽️

🔥 Pre-Season 92: SAQ Races & Small Sided Games

This pre-season practice is designed to enhance Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ), endurance, and small-sided gameplay.

One player from each team will race against each other through the circuit. After the agility drills, players race into the game zone, with the first player to arrive receiving the ball and engaging in a 1 v 1 game. The match continues until a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play. As more players reach the zone, the game evolves into 2 v 2, 3 v 3, 4 v 4, and eventually a 5 v 5 game.

This dynamic practice not only boosts physical fitness but also sharpens competitive edge and team coordination, perfect for getting your squad ready for the season ahead! 🔥⚽️
