💪 Pressing as a Unit (433) | 10-P14

Ready to level up your team's defensive pressing? This 11 v 11 practice on a full pitch is designed to develop your players' ability to apply coordinated defensive pressure. To start, the coach initiates a 3 v 3 attack versus defence scenario. If the defenders win possession, they transition the ball into the middle zone for a 7 v 7 battle. In this phase, the defending fullbacks (Red 2 and 3) must press high, working with the team to regain possession. If they succeed, they counter quickly, with an extra player joining to create a 4 v 3 attacking overload in the final zone. Coaches have the flexibility to restart play in either the first or middle zone, introducing different scenarios for players to navigate. Get your team mastering high-pressure situations and rapid transitions with this comprehensive practice! 💪⚽️

⚽️ The Dribbling Zones Game | Mini Ballers P43

Engage your mini ballers with this exciting small-sided game designed to enhance dribbling and awareness! In this practice, the objective for the team in possession is to have one of their players dribble the ball from Zone 1 to Zone 2, and then from Zone 2 to Zone 3, to finish the attack. The same player or a different player can dribble between the zones. If possession is won in the middle third, players must recycle the ball and dribble through all three zones. If the ball is won in the final zone (the possession team's first zone), the player can finish immediately. This game not only sharpens dribbling skills but also improves players' spatial awareness and decision-making under pressure, making it a fun and essential addition to your training sessions! 💪⚽️

🎉 End Zone Game | Mini Ballers P42

Ignite your mini ballers' passion with this small-sided game designed to sharpen their movement and finishing skills! We create two 5-yard end zones on either side of the area, with a central area for a 5 v 5 match. The goal is for the team in possession to combine passes and play through to runners who receive the ball in the end zones and finish unopposed in the mini goal. Defenders are restricted from entering the end zones when the attacker receives the ball but can retrieve it if the pass is misdirected or deflected. The team that scores the most goals within the set period wins. This dynamic practice enhances players' movement, passing accuracy, and finishing accuracy , ensuring they stay fully engaged and excited throughout the session! 💪⚽️
