๐Ÿ”ฅโšฝ๏ธ Pre-Season 89: SAQ, Crossing and Finishing

This pre-season practice is designed to enhance agility, speed, and finishing skills.

By incorporating speed work, agility and power drills with crossing and finishing, you can use this at any point during the pre season period to drive your players.ย

I have a question about the full season plans. My question is as follows as Iโ€™m looking at the season plans. They are divided in to blocks, week 1, 2 and 3 with practice 1,2 and 3. Whatโ€™s the duration of each practice? Also I have practice with my boys 3 days a week for 90 mins. How do these plans fit into 90 min sessions.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Pre-Season 88: Agility and Speed Circuit

This pre-season practice is designed to boost agility, dribbling, and speed. Two players work simultaneously, one from each station. Players will dribble with the ball and work through the agility exercises before tagging in a teammate. We have added two progressions to test different technical aspects and increase the workload on players in this circuit. This drill ensures high-intensity training, developing quick transitions and sharp skills.

โšฝ๏ธ Pre-Season 87: Sprints, Turns and Dribbling

This pre-season practice is designed to elevate your speed, turns, and dribbling skills with an engaging circuit setup. The working players will sprint out to a cone, returns to the central cone, then sprints to another cone before sprinting back to collect the ball. They repeat this sequence while dribbling the ball. Once they complete the circuit, they leave the ball at the central cone and tag in the next player to begin their run. This dynamic and challenging practice not only enhances physical fitness but also sharpens technical skills, ensuring players are ready for the season ahead.

๐Ÿ”ฅPre-Season 85: SAQ Circuit and Finishing!

Get your players ready for the season with this engaging SAQ circuit that focuses on passing and finishing. We set up by dividing the area into three zones: the central zone for agility exercises and the two outer zones for passing and finishing. Players will move through the circuit performing the agility exercises, combining together and finishing on one touch. Start with one side and, once players are comfortable, progress to working both sides simultaneously for added intensity and coordination. ๐Ÿ’ชโšฝ๏ธ

๐ŸŽ‰ Pre-Season 84: Passing, Receiving and Speed Endurance

This pre-season is designed to enhance passing, receiving, and endurance! Players will engage in a high-intensity drill that begins with a sprint forward to receive the ball from the opposite side, followed by a quick turn and pass back. The initial passer then sprints to the central area to receive the return pass, continuing the sequence from the opposite side. This practice not only sharpens fundamental skills but also builds the stamina needed for peak performance. Get your players ready for the season ahead with this effective practice. ๐Ÿ”ฅโšฝ๏ธ
