This Phase 1 practice is designed to enhance build-up play, movement, and forward passing skills. The goal is for the possession team to effectively link up with the central midfielders and transition possession to the other zone. If the defenders regain possession, they have the opportunity to either combine play or score against the goalkeeper. 🔥 Switch Play Possession Game | 83-P5

This dynamic practice is set in an hourglass-shaped area, and focuses on enhancing possession and switching play skills. The goal is for the possession team to complete five passes and connect with the floater before swiftly switching play to teammates in the opposite area. Meanwhile, three defending players aim to disrupt the possession team's efforts by intercepting passes. Should the possession team successfully make five passes in the second area, they have the opportunity to score in either mini goal. Conversely, if the defenders regain possession, they can also attempt to score in any mini goal. 🙌⚽️

🎉 Stopping Penetration (CDM) | 89-P2

This practice enhances our CDM's proficiency in stopping penetrating passes and executing vital interceptions. We start by segmenting the field into three 5-yard zones and dividing players into two teams. 1 player, acting as the working player, positions themselves in front of mannequins. Coaches deliver passes with force, aiming for the mannequins. If the CDM successfully tackles or blocks, leading to a safe clearance, they earn 1 point. In case of gaining control, the CDM must dribble the ball out of play and return it to the coach. The team with the highest points at the end of the designated period or rounds emerges victorious. 🎉⚽️
