Does any use any spreadsheets to keep track of players attendance in training and matches, any templates for this or do yous just make it up yourselves?
It's time to develop our players sprint speed & endurance, dribbling, and combinations in this team relay race pre-season practice! The first player from each team sprints to touch all the cones, then dribbles back to the first station. There, they execute a 1-2 combination with a teammate and finish in the mini goal. Tag in the next player to start their run. Once all 4 players finish, the team repeats the sequence without the ball. The first team with all players back at the first station wins the relay race! 💪
