Yes makes sense Grievsie, like this. The 541 can easily transition into the 343 as well in the attacking phase. I think these main focuses of practices that help players in this formation is key, as well as position specific material.Thanks for the feedback!

Scott Wade yes doesn't have to be cemented in stone we play this exact formation persee. However, it does give you structure in and out possession and allows you to develop game situations that players may encounter in games that they can more easily apply in games. e.g. May be easier to create 2 v 1s in wide zones in a 343 against a 442 and so we ca set up these situations in game based practices or isolated exercises that can help them develop this understanding.
