If you have 12 players, you can add an extra player to each team. If you have 16+ players you can create more lanes for the extra teams to join in. Always adapt the base session to your teams needs. 🤝

It all depends on the teams challenging them...too much inconsistency and others not taking their chances to close the points gap whenever Arsenal drop points. Next few weeks will be interesting 💪

Don't forget basic midfield principles in this one for the three players central players, they must scan to check surroundings, use short sharp movement off the mannequins to receive and combine at game intensity. Speed and precision in this one. 💪
