Hi Jose Nicola , apologies for not getting back to you sooner. The season plan is a guideline for the majority of coaches who can only coach one time a week. If you have three sessions a week you can always duplicate sessions/mix different practices from other sessions for variety/add sessions or practices from our Touchtight library to complete your training plan. It all depends on the group you are coaching, some may need to repeat a session in a week and others may need variation. You can always mix and match certain practices from the plan to suit you and your players needs 🙌
