Designed to develop cohesive pressing, quick transitions, and effective counter-attacks, this drill divides players into four groups of three, with goals and goalkeepers on each end. One team starts in possession, while the other presses high to regain control and launch a counter-attack. Each round, teams switch roles, keeping intensity and engagement high as they seamlessly move between attacking and defending.
