Get your players ready for the season with this engaging SAQ circuit that focuses on passing and finishing. We set up by dividing the area into three zones: the central zone for agility exercises and the two outer zones for passing and finishing. Players will move through the circuit performing the agility exercises, combining together and finishing on one touch. Start with one side and, once players are comfortable, progress to working both sides simultaneously for added intensity and coordination. 💪⚽️

This small-sided game is designed for our Mini Ballers to develop their close control and turning abilities. The fun begins as the team in possession aims to have one player dribble into the end zone and swiftly turn out, evading the pressure of a single defender allowed in the zone. Once the attacker escapes the end zone, their mission is to charge towards the opposite end and finish in the mini goal. Points are awarded for their efforts: 1 point for successfully exiting the end zone and 2 points for scoring a goal afterward.
