This pre-season practice focuses on developing speed, agility, quickness (SAQ), passing, and finishing skills. The drill begins with a series of dynamic passing combinations, followed by agility exercises such as sprinting, ladder drills, and hurdle jumps. Players engage in quick 1-2 combinations, precise passing, and strategic runs to improve their coordination and teamwork. The practice culminates in a fast-paced finishing drill, with players attacking deliveries into the box. 🔥 Pre-Season 95: Endurance Runs and Small Sided Games

This pre-season practice is designed to elevate speed endurance and sharpen 3 v 3 gameplay. Players are divided into two teams, each starting in opposite corners of the field and further split into groups of three. On the coach's whistle, two teams of three begin their endurance runs: sprinting at 85% speed along the widths and at 50% speed across. After completing their runs, they enter the game zone for an intense 3 v 3 match. Once a goal is scored or the ball exits play, the players leave the area to recover, triggering the next two groups to start their endurance runs. This dynamic session keeps players engaged and pushes their limits in both fitness and tactical play! 💪⚽️

⚽️ Pre-Season 96: Speed Endurance & Games

This pre-season practice is designed to boost your team's speed endurance and small-sided gameplay. Players are divided into two teams, each starting in opposite corners of the field.

The session begins with endurance runs, following specific speed intervals: 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% along designated sides of the area. On the coach's call, a 7 v 7 game is triggered with a ball fed randomly to one team. After two balls have been used (resetting after a goal or when the ball exits play), players get a recovery period before starting their next run.

🔥 Pre-Season 94: Sprints, Recovery Runs and 2 v 2's

This pre-season practice develops sprint speed and 2 v 2 game skills, designed to sharpen both physical and tactical abilities. Players are divided into two pairs: attackers and defenders. On the coach's call, both pairs sprint forward—the attackers racing towards the ball and the defenders chasing them down.

As soon as they enter the game zone, a 2 v 2 attack is triggered. The attackers must make at least one pass before finishing, while defenders can counter-attack and score past the goalkeeper if they win possession.

After the attack ends, all players sprint to the corner cones and return to the starting position. Roles are swapped in the next round, ensuring a dynamic and challenging session that sharpens speed, teamwork, and game tactics.
