In a 30 by 40-yard area, two teams battle with three midfielders from each side competing to control the central zone. The defending midfielders aim to cut off passing lanes and create opportunities to win the ball, while the attacking players eagerly await a breakthrough pass to counter and finish in the mini goals. Points are awarded for successful recoveries and goals scored, with possession switching after each attack. We have two progressions which will test different pressing scenarios, making this practice perfect for sharpening midfield intensity and quick transitions. 💪⚽️

If the defenders win the ball, the roles reverse, and they must now maintain possession using their floaters and outside players.
