This pre-season practice focuses on developing acceleration, sprint speed, and 1 v 1 game scenarios. Players will perform shuttle runs around mannequins, sprint to cones and finally, enter the game area to compete! 🔥

This pre-season relay practice focuses on our players physical agility, speed and finishing! The first team to have all their players back at the start wins! Don't forget to encourage accurate finishing, if the race is too close to call the team with the most goals will win! 🤝

Boost agility, speed, and game variations in this pre-season practice. Perform shuttle sprint between cones, touch the mannequin, and enter the game area. Compete for the ball, play 1 v 1, and finish in the mini goals. Entering the area triggers the next two players to move through the other circuit and entering the game zone. If the ball is still in play evolve to 2 v 2, 3 v 3, or 4 v 4 game. Elevate your game skills, fitness and speed! 🔥

Work your players' speed endurance, agility, and reactions in this pre-season practice. Start with 5 v 5 game with a focus on quick combinations and finishing. You'll call player numbers (e.g., 2) to trigger a agility circuit run. They leave, go through ladder, shuttle sprints, circle the area, and return. Keep players active with varied calls! 🔥

Pre-Season 49: SSG, Agility...
It's time to boost player endurance, agility, and game transitions in this pre-season practice.The first players will work through the circuit before sprinting back to tag in their teammate. In the game zone, the objective is for a team to score two goals first within a two-minute game. If a team achieves this, the losing team switches with their teammates in the agility station. If neither team scores twice, both teams switch with their teammates! 💪

Pre-Season 50: 3 v 3 Game a...
It's time to develop our players sprint speed & endurance, dribbling, and combinations in this team relay race pre-season practice! The first player from each team sprints to touch all the cones, then dribbles back to the first station. There, they execute a 1-2 combination with a teammate and finish in the mini goal. Tag in the next player to start their run. Once all 4 players finish, the team repeats the sequence without the ball. The first team with all players back at the first station wins the relay race! 💪
