It's time to boost player endurance, agility, and game transitions in this pre-season practice.The first players will work through the circuit before sprinting back to tag in their teammate. In the game zone, the objective is for a team to score two goals first within a two-minute game. If a team achieves this, the losing team switches with their teammates in the agility station. If neither team scores twice, both teams switch with their teammates! πͺ

It's time to develop our players sprint speed & endurance, dribbling, and combinations in this team relay race pre-season practice! The first player from each team sprints to touch all the cones, then dribbles back to the first station. There, they execute a 1-2 combination with a teammate and finish in the mini goal. Tag in the next player to start their run. Once all 4 players finish, the team repeats the sequence without the ball. The first team with all players back at the first station wins the relay race! πͺ

Pre-Season 59: Speed Endura...
This practice develops our players speed, endurance and game ability. We have 4 players ( 2 pairs ) sprinting around the cones racing to be the 1st to enter the game zone and start with possession. Players will play 2 v 2 until a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play. If the next 4 players arrive to the game zone and the ball is still in play, we progress to playΒ 4 v 4 adding a new dynamic for our players to work through. Let's put in the work in Pre-Season! πͺπ₯

It's time to develop players' speed, agility and quickness in this pre-season practice. In this circuit, we have added game elements such as crossing and finishing to enhance players game feel while also increasing their overall fitness levels. We will work one side to start, with the next two players starting soon after keeping a good flow and intensity to the practice. Ensure players are playing well weighted passes out wide and attacking the deliveries at pace. πͺ

This pre-season practice has two zones to focus on different skills. In Zone 1, we'll work on maintaining possession under pressure and Zone 2 will have a circuit to enhance agility and speed. Here's the setup: We have 4 teams of 3 players each, with two teams in each zone. The goal is to maintain a high-intensity level for 3-4 minutes before switching zones. This way, players get to experience both ball work and off-the-ball movements. Remember, putting in the effort during pre-season will pay off later on! π€

This Pre-Season practice is a pattern of play developing central combinations and playing into wide areas to deliver into the box. Players will then sprint to go through the agility circuits on either side of the area. It's time to develop players overall fitness in this 2 v 2 game competition. The area is split into three zones ( Premier League, Championship and League 1) with two teams competing in 3 minute long games to win their division. At the end of the game, the winning team will go up a division and the losing team will drop down a division. The team that wins the most games in the premier league are the overall winners! π β½οΈ
