Hey Salim, the Season Plans really are adaptable! It sounds like in your situation you have 10 players training which the sessions can be adapted to. The Season Plans are set up as one session per week, but you can absolutely run multiple sessions per week if this is your set up. My suggestion is be adaptable, adjust for player numbers and sessions per week and if you need to repeat or rotate sessions in and out this is what you should do here.

Fabien Kouamé absolutely! It’s normally player numbers that gets us. When that older group needs 3 players and everything has been planned around a group of 12! 😭
