Hey Jony josue canales cerna , great news.. we've just hired a great formation specialist as part of our team for younger age groups 7 v 7 and 9 v 9 and also a tactical specialist at 11 v 11, so watch this space! 👌

No quite specifically as it is a generic pre season plan. Agree, we could develop the more age specific physical content and will be something we are looking at for the future. What age group do you coach?

How would you adapt this for your groups? I've done this with 10 players and had 3 sets of 2 on the outside and it ran ok...
