Brendan Teeling depends on the age group. basically run this exact practice and the difficulty will be determined by the pitch size. Younger groups maybe 4-6 sets.. Older Maybe add more variation, after first set and maybe go practice x 2 for 2-3 sets. More endurance based.ย
