Rest - Off or Analysis Sunday 28th April

Recovery/Activation - Monday 29th April

Tactical Work (Match Prep) - Tuesday 30th April

Game - Wednesday 1st May

Rest - Off or Analysis Thursday 2nd May

Tactical Work (Match Prep) - Friday 3rd May

Game - Saturday 4th May

Sunday - Off.. 5th May

Restart Monday for a new fresh week.

Hey Jgor Cristini completely makes sense. What else would help you with Number 1, to help even further? More Content, easier to use, more session plans etc. 

We use different software to create our own with a combination. We have built software to try to replicate this at thecoachplatform.com which will be developed further this year to get closer to what we are creating so users can feel the same effects.

For a low block try to focus on these key principles in your sessions and game philosophy.

Compactness:  Players need to reduce the space between each other both horizontally (across the pitch) and vertically between attacking, midfield and defensive units. 

Discipline and Positioning: They need to be disciplined in maintaining their positions and roles within the structure.

Communication: Players should constantly communicate to adjust positions, alert each other to threats, e.g. slide right, squeeze, drop etc. 

Patience and Decision-Making: Individuals cant get bored in this shape, as soon as one player switches off, or decides to press at the wrong time.
