Hi Sal, yes you're right. We just normally have a 2 yard zone where defenders can just drop in to become goalkeepers basically in front of mini goal possession practices. Flat discs horizontal all the way across 2-5 yards out will work.

We’re looking at creating more position specific content for players to help them in game situations. But yes quiz PDFs etc would be useful.

We have actually started creating both a coach and player version of videos with cues for both. This is to challenge thought processes for bith player and coach. This will allow player and coach to pause the video and attempt to answer questions before moving forward.

This will be ongoing for more complex video content for sure.
