This pre-season practice is a team relay race that has players dribbling through cones, sprinting, passing and moving through various agility stations. The first team to have all players back at the 1st station wins the race! With the added element of competition, this will increase the intensity and speed that the players will go through the circuit which in turn will increase their overall fitness levels. 💪

Here's the setup: We have 4 teams of 3 players each, with two teams in each zone. The goal is to maintain a high-intensity level for 3-4 minutes before switching zones. This way, players get to experience both ball work and off-the-ball movements. Remember, putting in the effort during pre-season will pay off later on! 🤝

It's time to develop our players sprint speed & endurance, dribbling, and combinations in this team relay race pre-season practice! The first player from each team sprints to touch all the cones, then dribbles back to the first station. There, they execute a 1-2 combination with a teammate and finish in the mini goal. Tag in the next player to start their run. Once all 4 players finish, the team repeats the sequence without the ball. The first team with all players back at the first station wins the relay race! 💪
