With volume encouraged, quick sprints/short races and some fun joking banter can work wonders. A group hands-in and club name shout and sprint to positions can work. On field encouragement crucial 👍

Interesting Kyle.. I have twin girls who play U10s and they seem quite a jolly group! With younger players I often got them to call each others name with handball so they are all involved as a group..

I think 6 is the minimum here, but most groups probably looking between 8-12.
