A more challenging technical pattern to develop your third man runs and short passing in tight spaces. Probably more suited to players 14 and above and requires a minimum of 6 or 7 players to run smoothly.

Do you play a front 3, or 4231? Develop great combinations to split defences to finish. A great exercise to finish your session with. πŸ‘Œ

Hi Christophe GSΒ sorry I caught this late.

My suggestion would be the following:

Game - Saturday 27th

Rest - Off or Analysis Sunday 28th April

Recovery/Activation - Monday 29th April

Tactical Work (Match Prep) - Tuesday 30th April

Game - Wednesday 1st May

Rest - Off or Analysis Thursday 2nd May

Tactical Work (Match Prep) - Friday 3rd May

Game - Saturday 4th May

Sunday - Off.. 5th May

Restart Monday for a new fresh week.Β
