Yes Kevin Lavin you can either start with opposed defenders, or just set this up as a Technical practice to encourage patterns. It is to each coaches discretion how you want to set this up, unopposed, semi-opposed, fully opposed.. unopposed progressing to opposed, it really is up to you. 👌

Great progression from technique into opposed. Anything you would do differently Yossef Al-Mashouq?

Brendan Teeling depends on the age group. basically run this exact practice and the difficulty will be determined by the pitch size. Younger groups maybe 4-6 sets.. Older Maybe add more variation, after first set and maybe go practice x 2 for 2-3 sets. More endurance based.
