Love that Richard hooper! Yeah often happens when they start to increase tempo.. just need to monitor and maintain high challenge and reign them in slightly if it gets too messy without losing tempo and quality.

Hey Sean, good question. I think if you have 2 coaches then there is no harm having two patterns, or an additional opposed practice at the same time and rotate players in and out. If you are on your own, then you will need to have two players on each position and have non bibs play first, then bibs going next. This will increase competition and push players to focus on passing combinations and tempo.

We used to include specifics on when and where to add key coaching points and progressions, but at times it started to feel a bit too prescriptive. That said, there’s absolutely room to reintroduce more guidance in the right places.
